Our Advocacy in Action
SEEDS crafts studies, research papers, action plans and policy papers to lift restrictions on freedoms and civic spaces. Our focus lies on improving the protection of marginalized and vulnerable groups, and fostering a safe environment in the workplace.

Democracy and Political Participation
We organise and participate in discussion panels and roundtables focused on freedoms and elections. Our emphasis lies on the critical nature of shaping rules for a genuine, inclusive democracy that fosters opportunities for change.
Our advocacy centers on free and fair elections, safeguarding the freedom of voters and ensuring their right to elect representatives without intimidation.
Gender
SEEDS develops research papers and conducts studies to address inequalities, structural discrimination, and violence. We advise on legal reforms and provide tangible recommendations. Based on our comprehensive research, SEEDS designs and develops best-practice policies, aiming to advance gender equality in Lebanon.
Freedom of Expression, Assembly and Association
The freedom of expression, assembly, and association is closely interlinked with other fundamental rights. Through our research, we actively push for legal amendments and reforms aimed at the protection and expansion of civic spaces in Lebanon.
Our efforts are connected with our advocacy for gender equality and the creation of safe spaces for marginalized and vulnerable groups.
